Mr. Antonio Cruz is our founder, he has over 35 years of experience as an HVAC-R technician, teacher and manager. He has led his own company since 1993 in Puerto Rico, where he operated for 15 years.

Later, in 2005, he moved to Central Florida, where he worked as an HVAC technician for a private company. Later, in 2008, he returned to Puerto Rico, where he served as Manager of the HVAC-R Department for a pharmaceutical company, working with residential and commercial. In 2012 he returned to Central Florida and worked for another private company as an HVAC-R technician.

His passion for teaching led him to found CRUZ INSTITUTE technical school in 2014, where electrician technology helper or air conditioning, refrigeration and heating technology helper courses are offered in both English and Spanish.

Finally, in 2016 he decided to continue providing the best service to the Central Florida community and founds NGEN SERVICES, which offers the most complete and fast installation, maintenance and repair services for air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment.

He is currently the CEO for both Cruz Institute and Ngen Services LLC.
